Because I am often out guiding or at my other job and don’t interrupt tours or work to answer my cell phone, e-mail is the primary means of making contact.  However, before you bash off an e-mail asking a bazillion questions, can I just implore you to spend a few minutes exploring my website. I have tried really hard to provide you with everything you should need to plan either a trip to Bastogne or the Ardennes or with regards to using my research services.  By all means e-mail me if you want more specific details, but all the main information should be here on my website.

I have access to my emails 24/7 !

I usually reply to all e-mails within 24 hours, and if you don’t receive a reply within 48 hours, it’s likely that either your e-mail has not reached me, or my reply to you has been blocked by your server.

Telephone me: I am rarely around to answer telephone calls, and because I tour during the day or I am at my other job, I try and keep my evenings free of “work.” So if you wish to speak to me personally the best way is to arrange a time to call me via e-mail.

Lastly, we are in Belgium  on CEST Time, if you call in the middle of the night, don’t be surprised if I don’t answer your call.
